Lance Edgar f19e30ea29 Remove rattail-fabric2 as hard dependency 
when relevant, caller should already have that installed..right?  it
doesn't make sesnse as a dependency in normal cases, and it seemed to
maybe break a dev install today?  (we'll see if this helps)
