When a cron job runs, any warning logged will typically be sent via email. But for any other thing, i.e. web app or datasync/filemon, logged warnings are not reported via email. But they should be somehow..

Probably we can locate or devise a custom logging handler to address this. Or if not, can perhaps do what CORE does via its LogEscalator plugin.
